LCBDE后不同时机行LC对胆总管结石合并胆囊结石患者的影响OA

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)at different timing after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE)on patients with common bile duct stones(CBDS)complicated with gallbladder stones(GS).Method:A total of 180 patients with CBDS complicated with GS who underwent LCBDE combined with LC treatment in Quanzhou First Hospital from December 2021 to January 2025 were selected retrospectively as the research objects.They were divided into group A(n=90,LC performed≤72 hours after LCBDE)and group B(n=90,LC performed>72 hours after LCBDE)according to the time interval between LCBDE and LC.The surgical-related indicators,postoperative recovery indicators,stress response indicators(serum cortisol and norepinephrine levels),and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The LC operation time and postoperative hospital stay of group A were shorter than those of group B,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of group B,the postoperative exhaust time,the time of get out of bed,and postoperative defecation time of group A were earlier than those of group B(P<0.05).One day after LC,the serum cortisol and norepinephrine levels of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Performing LC within 72 h after LCBDE in patients with CBDS complicated with GS can shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,accelerate postoperative recovery,alleviate postoperative stress response,and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
