黄桂灌肠剂联合生物反馈疗法在功能性肛门直肠痛中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huanggui Enema combined with biofeedback therapy on functional anorectal pain(FAP).Method:Seventy patients with FAP admitted to Department of Proctology,Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy,and the observation group was treated with Huanggui Enema on the basis of the control group.With 7 days as one course,both groups received treatment for 4 courses.The therapeutic effect,degree of pain(VAS score),anxiety and depression scores[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS,SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Huanggui Enema combined with biofeedback therapy for comprehensive treatment of FAP patients can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,not only alleviate the pain level of patients,but also alleviate the accompanying negative emotions.
