Tubeless技术联合单孔胸腔镜肺楔形切除术治疗早期肺癌的临床效果OA

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using the Tubeless technique combined with uniportal thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung in the treatment of early stage lung cancer patients.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on a total of 92 patients with early stage lung cancer who were admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from September 2024 to September 2025.The patients were divided into the study group(n=46)and the control group(n=46)based on different surgical methods.The control group underwent conventional intubation-based uniportal thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung,and the study group underwent Tubeless technique combined with uniportal thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung.The perioperative indicators,pain degree(VAS score),and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter operation time,operation transfer time,postanesthesia care unit(PACU)recovery time,postoperative hospital stay,earlier postoperative ambulation time,less intraoperative blood loss,and lower hospitalization cost(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group at 6 h,2 days and 3 days after the operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 17.39%(8/46),which was lower than 36.96%(17/46)in the control group(字2=4.449,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tubeless technique combined with uniportal thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung in patients with early stage lung cancer can shorten the operation time,operation transfer time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote postoperative recovery,lower hospitalization cost and pain degree,and decrease the occurrence of complications.
