左卡尼汀联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果OA

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Levocarnitine combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Method:A total of 102 patients with CRF admitted to Xuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected for a double-blind controlled analysis trial.The patients were divided into the experimental group(n=51)and the control group(n=51)by the random number table method.The treatment plan for the control group was CRRT,and that for the experimental group was Levocarnitine combined with CRRT.The total effective rate of treatment,renal function indicators,nutritional indicators,inflammatory factor indicators and oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the experimental group had higher total effective rate of treatment than control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the experimental group had lower Scr,BUN and 24-hour urine protein quantification than control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the experimental group had higher Hb and albumin(ALB)than control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the experimental group had lower IL-6,TNF-α and CRP than control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment the experimental group had lower malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)than control group,and higher glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of CRF patients with Levocarnitine combined with CRRT has a significant effect,which can improve renal function and nutritional status,and alleviate inflammatory and oxidative stress responses.
