阿利西尤单抗对急性冠脉综合征急诊PCI后患者的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effects of Alirocumab on patients with acute coronary syndrome after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome after emergency PCI who were admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from May 2022 to August 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group(given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets)and the monoclonal antibody group(given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets+Alirocumab Injection),with 50 cases in each group.The lipid indicators,inflammatory factors,cardiac function indicators and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up period between the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 months of treatment,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)],apolipoprotein B(ApoB),hs-CRP,homocysteine(Hcy),IL-6 in the monoclonal antibody group were lower than those in the conventional group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was smaller than that of the conventional group,HDL-C and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alirocumab can improve the lipid indicators and inflammatory levels of patients with acute coronary syndrome after emergency PCI,enhance cardiac function,and has a relatively high safety.
