180°翻滚法联合Semont法治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果OA

Objective:To explore the effect of 180° rolling method combined with Semont method in the treatment of posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(PC-BPPV)patients.Method:A total of 86 patients with PC-BPPV who were admitted to the 970th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into the control group(n=43)and the study group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Semont method,and the study group was treated with the 180° rolling method combined with Semont method.Both groups received three reset treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptoms disappearance time,degree of vertigo,balance ability,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of positional vertigo and positional nystagmus in the study group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Twenty-four hours after treatment,the scores of each dimension of the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Twenty-four hours after treatment,the scores of the Berg balance scale(BBS)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the study group(2.44%)was lower than that of the control group(20.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with PC-BPPV,applying the 180° rolling method combined with Semont method for treatment can enhance the clinical efficacy,shorten the symptoms disappearance time,improve the degree of dizziness,promote the recovery of patients'balance ability,and the risk of recurrence is relatively low.
