德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液联合门冬胰岛素治疗胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病的效果OA

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide Injection combined with Insulin Aspart in the treatment of patients with insulin-resistant type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:A retrospective selection was made of 112 patients with insulin-resistant T2DM admitted to the Fuzhou Changle District People's Hospital from June 2023 to March 2025.According to the insulin intensification protocol,they were divided into the conventional group(Insulin Aspart+Insulin Glargine,56 cases)and the Xultophy group(Insulin Aspart+Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide Injection,56 cases).The treatment lasted for three months.The visceral adiposity index(VAI),physical indicators(BMI,waist circumference),lipid metabolism indicators(TG,TC),pancreatic islet function indicators[fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)],and blood glucose indicators[glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)]before and after treatment and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the conventional group,the VAI,BMI,waist circumference,TG,TC,FINS,HOMA-IR,HbA1c,2 h PG and FPG in the Xultophy group were all lower after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide Injection has a remarkable effect in the treatment of insulin-resistant T2DM.It can significantly improve the insulin-resistance and obesity of patients,and also significantly regulate their lipid metabolism and blood glucose levels.Moreover,it does not increase the risk of hypoglycemia,which has high safety.
