金蝉止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹的临床价值OA
Clinical Value of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules Combined with Olopatadine in the Treatment of Urticaria of Spleen-deficiency Dampness Accumulation Type
目的:观察金蝉止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹的临床价值.方法:选取景德镇市第六人民医院 2021 年 1 月—2024 年 12 月确诊脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹的 80 例患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组给予奥洛他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金蝉止痒胶囊治疗.两组均连续治疗 1 个月.对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后症状积分(皮肤瘙痒、风团数目、风团直径积分)、中医证候评分(皮肤红斑、瘙痒较重、皮肤灼热评分)、炎症因子(嗜酸性粒细胞、CRP、IgE 水平)、荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS)、皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项症状积分与中医证候评分、血清嗜酸性粒细胞、CRP、IgE 水平及 UAS、DLQI 评分低于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:金蝉止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定可提高脾虚湿蕴型荨麻疹患者治疗效果,改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应.
Objective:To observe the clinical value of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Olopatadine in the treatment of urticaria of spleen-deficiency dampness accumulation type.Method:A total of 80 patients with urticaria of spleen-deficiency dampness accumulation type who were confirmed in the Sixth People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2021 to December 2024 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with Olopatadine,while the observation group was treated with Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.The clinical curative effect,scores of symptoms(skin pruritus,number and diameter of wheals scores)and TCM syndromes scores(skin erythema,severe pruritus,skin burning scores),inflammatory factors(eosinophil,CRP,IgE),urticaria activity score(UAS)and scores of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of various symptoms and TCM symptoms,levels of serum eosinophil,CRP and IgE,UAS and DLQI score in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Olopatadine can improve curative effect and clinical symptoms,alleviate inflammatory response in patients with urticaria of spleen-deficiency dampness accumulation type.
