基于CiteSpace的儿童清肺口服液相关研究可视化分析OA
Visualization Analysis on Research Related to Children Qingfei Oral Liquid Based on CiteSpace
目的:分析儿童清肺口服液相关研究的现状及热点,为其临床综合评价提供指导.方法:以中国知网、维普、万方数据为数据源,检索儿童清肺口服液相关研究,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R6对作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化统计分析.结果:共纳入儿童清肺口服液相关文献65篇,发文量最高的机构是南京中医药大学,高质量核心期刊来源文献相对较少.研究热点涵盖联合用药、临床适应证、中医证型等,研究趋势聚焦于支原体肺炎、食积咳嗽的治疗.结论:儿童清肺口服液研究备受关注,未来应拓展其临床应用范围,深入研究其疗效及安全性,以完善对该中成药的临床综合评价.
Objective:To analyze the status,hotspots,and frontiers in the field of Children Qingfei Oral Liquid,to provide guidance for the clinical comprehensive evaluation of it.Methods:Relevant research literature on Children Qingfei Oral Liquid was retrieved from CNKI,VIP and WANFANG DATA.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was utilized to conduct statistical analysis on authors,institutions,keywords.Results:A total of 65 research articles were included.The institution with the highest number of publications is Nanjing University of Chi-nese Medicine,with high-quality core journal articles are relatively limited.The research hotspots include combination therapy,clinical indications,and TCM syndromes,while the research frontier focuses on treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and cough due to food retention.Conclusion:Research on Children Qingfei Oral Liquid receive much attention.The clinical application scope of it should be expanded in the future,expecially regarding the thorough investigation into its therapeutic efficacy and safety,in order to refine the clinical comprehensive evaluation of Children Qingfei Oral Liquid.
