中医外治法在开放性骨折术后伤口中的应用效果观察OA
Observation on the application effect of traditional chinese medicine external treatment in open fracture postoperative wounds
目的 观察中医外治法在开放性骨折术后伤口中的应用效果.方法 以 2024 年 1 月至 2025 年 10 月在开封市中医院骨科就诊的 84 例开放性骨折患者为研究对象,根据术后是否接受中医外治法干预将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组仅接受常规术后创面管理,未接受中医外治法干预,共35例,观察组在常规术后创面管理的基础上接受中医外治法干预,共49例.比较两组伤口愈合时间、伤口愈合优良率、视觉模拟评分法、温哥华瘢痕量表评分和术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组伤口愈合时间短于对照组,伤口愈合优良率(95.92%)高于对照组(77.14%),观察组术后 1、3、7 d 时的视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,术后8周时观察组温哥华瘢痕量表评分低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(22.86%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医外治法在开放性骨折术后伤口中应用可取得较好效果,能促进伤口愈合,减轻患者术后疼痛程度,减少瘢痕形成和术后并发症发生,对促进开放性骨折患者术后康复有积极帮助.
Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in the postoperative wounds of open fractures.Methods A total of 84 patients with open fractures who visited the orthopedics department of Kaifeng Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group based on whether they received traditional Chinese medicine external treatment intervention after surgery.The control group only received conventional postoperative wound management without traditional Chinese medicine external treatment intervention,with 35 cases.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine external treatment intervention on the basis of conventional postoperative wound management,with 49 cases.The wound healing time,excellent and good rate of wound healing,Visual analogue scale score,Vancouver Scar Scale score,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the excellent and good rate of wound healing(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),the Visual analogue scale scores of the observation group at 1 d,3 d,and 7 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,the Vancouver Scar Scale score of the observation group at 8 weeks after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group(4.08%)was lower than that of the control group(22.86%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in the postoperative wounds of open fractures can achieve good results,promoting wound healing,reducing postoperative pain,minimizing scar formation,and reducing postoperative complications,which is beneficial to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with open fractures.
