游离股前外侧穿支分叶皮瓣联合点阵激光修复头面部中重度烧伤的美学效果分析OA

Objective To explore and analyze the aesthetic effect of free anterolateral femoral perforator lobulated flap combined with fractional laser in the repair of moderate to severe burns on the head and face.Methods A total of 96 patients with moderate to severe head and facial burns who underwent aesthetic restoration at the Second People's Hospital of Xinxiang from October 2022 to October 2025 were selected and divided into two groups based on treatment differences,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap,while the observation group received additional fractional laser therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment outcomes of both groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the skin luster,elasticity and scar score of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free lateral thigh perforator flap combined with fractional laser in aesthetic repair of severe burns in the head and face can improve the aesthetic repair effect,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and minimize complications.
