双激光治疗模式对痤疮后增生性瘢痕的修复效果观察OA
Observation on the repair effect of dual-laser treatment mode on post-acne hypertrophic scars
目的 探讨双激光治疗模式对痤疮后增生性瘢痕的修复效果.方法 选取2024年1月至2025年8月郑州市第三人民医院收治的100例痤疮后增生瘢痕患者为对象.按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(点阵饵激光治疗)与研究组(脉冲染料激光联合点阵饵激光治疗),各50例.比较两组治疗疗效、临床恢复指标、皮肤屏障功能、生活质量评分.结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组皮肤红肿时间、炎性渗出时间及愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后研究组红斑指数、经皮水分丢失量低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 双激光治疗模式治疗痤疮后增生性瘢痕的效果理想,可加速患者症状缓解,改善皮肤屏障功能,提升患者生活质量.
Objective To investigate the repair effect of a dual-laser treatment mode on post-acne hypertrophic scars.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-acne hypertrophic scars admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected as subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(treated with fractional erbium laser)and a study group(treated with pulsed dye laser combined with fractional erbium laser),with 50 patients in each group.The treatment efficacy,clinical recovery indicators,skin barrier function,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The skin redness time,inflammatory exudation time,and healing time in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythema index and transepidermal water loss in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the stratum corneum water content was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores across all dimensions in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-laser treatment mode demonstrates ideal efficacy in treating post-acne hypertrophic scars.It can accelerate symptom relief,improve skin barrier function,and enhance patients'quality of life.
