高密度脂肪联合SVF-gel在治疗面部软组织凹陷中的应用OA

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high-density fat combined with stromal vascular fraction gel(SVF-gel)in the repair of facial soft tissue depression.Methods Using a retrospective controlled study design,120 patients with facial soft tissue depressions admitted to Beijing Runmei Yizhiguang Medical Cosmetic Clinic from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected.These patients were divided into a study group(60 cases,receiving high-density fat grafting combined with SVF-gel injection)and a control group(60 cases,receiving pure high-density fat grafting)based on the treatment method.The evaluation criteria included patient satisfaction scores(using a visual analog scale,VAS,with a range of 0-10),clinical improvement levels(assessed blindly by physicians and categorized as excellent,good,fair,and poor),and the secondary filling rate(defined as the proportion of patients requiring re-operation for filling within 12 months post-surgery).Results The satisfaction scores and clinical improvement rates of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The secondary filling rate was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-density fat and SVF-gel can significantly improve the outcomes of facial soft tissue depression repair,reduce the need for secondary filling,enhance patient satisfaction,and demonstrates a good safety profile.
