孤独症谱系障碍儿童家庭养育环境特征及其与情绪社会功能的关联OACHSSCD

Objective:To examine the characteristics of the family nurturing environment of children with au-tism spectrum disorder(ASD)and its association with emotional and social functioning.Methods:A total of 162 children with ASD and 162 typically developing(TD)children were assessed using the Chinese Home Environment Questionnaire(CHNEQ)and Chinese Infant-Toddler Social and Emotional Assessment(CITSEA).Results:Chil-dren with ASD scored lower than the control group in all dimensions and total scores of CHNEQ emotional warmth/environmental atmosphere,social adaptation/self-care,language/cognition,and neglect/punishment(P＜0.01),with higher rates of adverse family environment(P＜0.01).The scores on all dimensions and total scores of CHNEQ for both groups were correlated with corresponding CITSEA domains in both group(P＜0.05),with stronger correlations observed in the ASD group.The externalizing behavior domain,internalizing behavior domain,and dysregulation domain of CITSEA in ASD children were negatively associated with all CHNEQ dimensions and age(P＜0.01),whereas the competence domain was positively associated with all dimensions of the family nurtur-ing environment and age(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Children with ASD are more likely to experience less favorable family nurturing environments,which are closely associated with their emotional and social functioning.
