半结构式团体干预对海洛因戒断者认知重评能力提升的随机对照研究OACHSSCD

Objective:To examine the effectiveness of semi-structured group counseling on cognitive reap-praisal ability in heroin abstainers.Methods:Twenty-eight heroin abstainers from a drug rehabilitation center in Gansu Province and randomly were randomly assigned to either a group intervention(n=14)or a routine control group(n=14).The intervention group received a 10-week semi-structured group counseling intervention focused on enhancing cognitive reappraisal ability,while the control group received no specific intervention.Both groups participated in the facility's daily activities as usual.Cognitive reappraisal ability was assessed using a standardized task before and after intervention.Results:No significant difference was observed in baseline scores between groups(P＞0.05).After the 10-week intervention,the intervention group showed significantly higher scores than the rou-tine control group(P＜0.05)and significant improvement compared with baseline scores(P＜0.05).whereas the control group showed no change(P＞0.05).The score difference and effective rate were significantly greater in the intervention group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Semi-structured group counseling effectively enhance cognitive reap-praisal ability in heroin abstainers,providing a feasible psychotherapeutic pathway to reduce the risk of relapse.
