成人听障口语者言语清晰度特征及需求分析OA

Hearing impairment leads to insufficient auditory feedback during speech production among hearing-impaired speakers,resulting in systematic abnormalities in segmental,suprasegmental and acoustic dimensions,which seriously restrict communication efficiency and social participation.Based on the ICF framework,this paper systematically reviews the core characteristics of speech clarity,analyzes influencing factors such as hearing loss level,intervention timing,rehabilitation training and communication environment,and summarizes the application of subjective,objective and comprehensive assessment methods.Focusing on the practical needs in rehabilitation services,intelligent technology,communication environment and social support,intervention strategies including precise early intervention,personalized rehabilitation training,intelligent technical support and barrier-free social support are proposed,providing a theoretical basis for improving speech quality and integrated development of hearing-impaired oral communicators.
