河北省某规模化鸽场发生疑似沙门菌感染病例.为明确病原及其耐药性和毒力特征,本试验对病死鸽肝脏组织进行细菌分离培养,通过形态学鉴定、生化鉴定、血清型鉴定、16S rRNA基因测序对分离株进行鉴定,并进一步通过药敏试验和全基因组测序分析其耐药表型、耐药基因和毒力基因.结果显示,分离获得1株鼠伤寒沙门菌;药敏试验结果显示,分离株对新霉素和链霉素耐药;全基因组测序分析显示,分离株携带22种耐药基因和137种毒力基因.结果表明,本试验成功分离出1株携带多种耐药基因和毒力基因的鸽源鼠伤寒沙门菌,该结果可为鸽源鼠伤寒沙门菌的防控、用药和研究提供参考.

A suspected Salmonella infection occurred in a large-scale pigeon farm in Hebei Province.To identify the pathogen and characterize its drug resistance and virulence profiles,liver tissues from dead pigeons were subjected to bacterial isolation and culture.The isolates were identified through morphological identification,biochemical tests,serotyping,and 16S rRNA gene sequencing.Drug susceptibility testing and whole-genome sequencing were further performed to analyze the resistance phenotype,drug resistance genes,and virulence genes of the isolate.The results showed that one strain of Salmonella typhimurium was isolated.Drug susceptibility testing indicated that the isolate was resistant to neomycin and streptomycin.Whole-genome sequencing analysis revealed that the isolate carried 22 drug resistance genes and 137 virulence genes.These results indicate that a pigeon-derived Salmonella typhimurium strain carrying multiple drug resistance and virulence genes was successfully isolated in this study,providing a reference for the prevention,control,medication,and further research on pigeon-derived Salmonella typhimurium.
