硬脂酸与异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯构建超支化环氧扩链剂及其性能OA
Synthesis and property evaluation of hyperbranched epoxy-based chain extenders derived from stearic acid and triglycidyl isocyanurate
以硬脂酸(HSt)和异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)为原料通过自缩合开环聚合方式合成超支化环氧基扩链剂样品,设置不同的原料配比、反应温度和反应时间,研究了以上因素对扩链剂结构、热性能以及分子量的影响.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振碳谱仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪等表征样品各项性能.结果表明,成功制备了超支化环氧基扩链剂,并且得到了相对较优的合成条件:反应物配比8∶2,反应温度150℃,反应时间2.5 h,此时得到的扩链剂结构和热性能较好.
Hyperbranched epoxy-based chain extenders were synthesized via self-condensation ring-opening polymeriza-tion using stearic acid(HSt)and triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)as raw materials.The effects of synthesis parameters,including reactant molar ratio,reaction temperature,and reaction time,on the molecular structure,thermal properties,and molecular weight of the resulting chain extenders were systematically investigated.The obtained products were char-acterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,¹³C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and differential scanning calorimetry.The results confirm the successful preparation of hyperbranched epoxy-based chain extenders.Optimal synthesis conditions are identified as follows:HSt-to-TGIC molar ratio of 8∶2,reaction temperature of 150℃,and reaction time of 2.5 h.Under these conditions,the resulting chain extender exhibits desirable structural characteristics and thermal stability,demonstrating its potential for practical applications in polymer modifica-tion.
