不同添加剂对苜蓿和小麦秸秆混合青贮品质的影响OA
The effect of different additives on the quality of mixed silage of alfalfa and wheat straw
为研究不同添加剂对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)和小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)秸秆(6:4 比例混合)青贮的影响,试验设置EF组、LP组分别添加1×106 CFU FM 的粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis,EF)、植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,LP),LP+EF组添加植物乳杆菌+粪肠球菌混合菌剂,以及不添加菌剂的对照组(CK 组,添加蒸馏水).青贮发酵 60 d 后取样,分析青贮饲料的感官评定、营养品质及发酵品质等指标.试验结果表明:添加剂能有效提升苜蓿和小麦秸秆混合青贮的品质.其中,LP 组的乳酸含量(6.57%DM)、粗蛋白质含量(19.83%DM)最高,显著高于 CK 组(P<0.05);其 pH、乙酸含量均显著低于 CK 组(P<0.05).此外,添加植物乳杆菌菌剂显著降低了青贮饲料中的酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维含量以及氨态氮占总氮的比例.本试验条件下,添加植物乳杆菌能显著提高苜蓿与小麦秸秆混合青贮饲料的营养价值和青贮品质,是调制混合青贮饲料的最佳选择.
The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of various silage additives on the silage composed of a 6:4 ratio mixture of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)and wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)straw.The EF group received 1×106 CFU/g FM of Enterococcus faecalis(EF),while the LP group received the same concentration of Lactobacillus plantarum(LP).The LP+EF group was inoculated with a mixture of Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecalis.A control group(CK)was established with the addition of distilled water and no bacterial agents.Following 60 days of fermentation,samples were collected for analysis of sensory attributes,nutritional composition,and fermentation characteristics of the silage feed.The experimental results demonstrated that additives could significantly enhance the quality of mixed silage composed of alfalfa and wheat straw.Specifically,the LP group exhibited the highest lactate content(6.57%DM)and crude protein content(19.83%DM),which were significantly greater than those of the CK group(P<0.05).The pH and acetic acid content of the LP group were significantly lower than those of the CK group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the incorporation of plant-based Lactobacillus plantarum notably decreased the levels of acidic detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber,and the ammonia nitrogen-to-total nitrogen ratio in silage feed.This research indicates that the incorporation of Lactobacillus plantarum enhances both the nutritional content and silage quality of mixed silage feed composed of alfalfa and wheat straw,rendering it an optimal option for silage preparation.
