忍冬藤提取物对热应激蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的影响OA
Effects of Lonicera japonica extract on egg production performance,egg quality,and immune function of heat-stressed laying hens
为研究饲粮中添加不同剂量的忍冬藤提取物(Lonicera japonica extract,LJE;添加量为 0.5%和 1.0%)对热应激蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及免疫功能的具体影响,试验选取 720 只健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为 4 组,对照组(CON)、热应激组(HS)、热应激+0.5%忍冬藤提取物组(HS+LJE-L)和热应激+1.0%忍冬藤提取物组(HS+LJE-H).在试验期间,对照组在适宜温度下饲养,而其余3组则置于高温环境下诱导热应激.试验结果表明:与热应激组相比,LJE 添加组能显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率(P<0.05),并降低料蛋比和不合格蛋率(P<0.05);其中,1.0%添加量的效果优于 0.5%添加量.具体而言,HS+LJE-L 组的产蛋率提高了 8.03%,而 HS+LJE-H 组的产蛋率提高了 12.06%.在蛋品质方面,LJE 显著提高了蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度和哈氏单位(P<0.05),同时降低了蛋黄指数(P<0.05).此外,LJE 还显著增强了热应激蛋鸡的免疫功能,表现为血清中IL-10和IgA水平显著升高(P<0.05),TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05),但对IgG水平无显著影响(P>0.05).本研究还检测了其他血清指标,如总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,进一步证实了LJE的抗氧化作用.综上所述,饲粮中添加 0.5%~1%的忍冬藤提取物能有效缓解热应激对蛋鸡的不良影响,可为其在蛋鸡养殖中的应用提供科学依据.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding different doses of Lonicera japonica extract(LJE;at 0.5%and 1.0%)to the diet on egg production performance,egg quality,and immune function of heat-stressed laying hens.A total of 720 healthy Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups:a control group(CON),a heat stress group(HS),a heat stress+0.5%Lonicera japonica extract group(HS+LJE-L),and a heat stress+1.0%Lonicera japonica extract group(HS+LJE-H).During the experimental period,the control group was reared at an appropriate temperature,while the other three groups were exposed to high temperatures to induce heat stress.The results showed that compared with the HS group,the LJE-added groups significantly improved the egg production rate(P<0.05),reduced the feed-to-egg ratio and the rate of defective eggs(P<0.05);among them,the effect of the 1.0%addition was better than that of the 0.5%addition.Specifically,the egg production rate in the HS+LJE-L group increased by 8.03%,while in the HS+LJE-H group,it increased by 12.06%.In terms of egg quality,LJE significantly increased eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,and Haugh units(P<0.05),while reducing the yolk index(P<0.05).Additionally,LJE significantly enhanced the immune function of heat-stressed laying hens,as evidenced by significantly increased levels of IL-10 and IgA(P<0.05)and decreased levels of TNF-α(P<0.05)in the serum,but had no significant effect on IgG levels(P>0.05).Other serum indicators such as total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were also measured in this study,further confirming the antioxidant effect of LJE.In conclusion,adding 0.5%~1%Lonicera japonica extract to the diet can alleviate the adverse effects of heat stress on laying hens,providing a scientific basis for its scientific application in laying hen farming.
