文章旨在探究日粮添加复合植物精油对肉鸭生长性能、抗氧化能力和盲肠微生物多样性的影响.试验将400 只体重相近、健康良好的试验樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 20 只.Ⅰ组为对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为复合植物精油组,分别在基础日粮中添加 100、150、200 mg/kg 复合植物精油,试验为期 35 d.结果显示:1)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组以及Ⅳ组肉鸭的平均日增重均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),三组较Ⅰ组的提升幅度依次为3.81%、3.61%、7.28%(P<0.05);同时,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组肉鸭的料重比均显著低于Ⅰ组,较Ⅰ组分别显著下降 4.03%、4.44%、6.45%(P<0.05).2)相较于Ⅰ组试验肉鸭,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组以及Ⅳ组肉鸭血清内的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),而三组肉鸭血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).3)Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组肉鸭盲肠微生物 Chao 1 指数显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组中放线菌门相对丰度显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).结论:综上所述,日粮添加一定量的复合植物精油能有效改善樱桃谷肉鸭的生长情况和肠道菌群结构,同时提高肉鸭抗氧化能力,在本试验中,添加 200 mg/kg 的复合植物精油效果更好.

This study investigated the effects of dietary compound plant essential oils on growth performance,serum antioxidant capacity,and cecal microbial diversity of Cherry Valley meat ducks.400 healthy ducks exhibiting similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,each consisting of 5 replicates containing 20 ducks.Group Ⅰ served as the control with a basal diet,while Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ received the basal diet supplemented with 100,150,and 200 mg/kg of essential oils,respectively.The 35-day trial found:1)Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ had significantly higher average daily gain(by 3.81%,3.61%,and 7.28%,respectively)and lower feed-to-gain ratios(by 4.03%,4.44%,and 6.45%,respectively)than GroupⅠ(P<0.05).2)Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ showed significantly higher serum levels of T-AOC,SOD,and GSH-Px,and lower serum MDA content than Group Ⅰ(P<0.05).3)Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ had a significantly higher Chao 1 index of cecal microorganisms,and Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ had a significantly higher relative abundance of Actinobacteriota than Group Ⅰ(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding an appropriate amount of compound plant essential oils to the diet can effectively enhance Cherry Valley meat ducks'growth,optimize intestinal flora,and boost antioxidant capacity,with 200 mg/kg being the optimal dose.
