黄芪多糖对羔羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响OA

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide(AP)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of Small Tail Han sheep in Hexi region.48 3-month-old male Small-Tail Han sheep were divided into 4 groups(4 replicates×3 sheep)based on body weight(19.24±1.07kg).Each group(CON、Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ group)was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.12,0.24 and 0.48 g/kg AP,the pre-trial for 15 days and main trial for 125 days.Results:1)Growth performance:Compared to the CON group,the FBW,ADFI,and ADG of the Ⅲ group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Nutrient digestibility:Compared to the CON group,the digestibility of DM,CP,OM,and NDF in the Ⅲ group was significantly improved(P<0.05).3)Serum biochemical indicators:Compared to the CON group,the contents of TG and TC in the Ⅲ group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the contents of TP,Glb,IgG,and T-AOC in the Ⅲ group were significantly increased(P<0.05).(Conclusion)AP can effectively improve metabolism,promote nutrient absorption and weight gain of lambs.Under the experimental conditions,the recommended dosage is 0.48 g/kg.
