文章旨在探究日粮添加不同水平茯苓多糖(Poria cocos polysaccharide,PCP)对肉鸡生长性能、血清氨基酸代谢、肠道形态及屏障功能的影响.试验选取 1 日龄平均体重为(42.3±1.2)g 健康 Arbor Acre 雄性肉仔鸡 240 羽,随机分为 4 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 10 羽.对照组(CON)饲喂基础日粮;试验组分别添加 250、500、1000 mg/kg 茯苓多糖(纯度≥85%),设为 LCP、MCP、HCP 组,试验为期 42 d.结果表明:1)与 CON 组相比,MCP 组和HCP 组肉鸡生长性能显著改善(P<0.05),表现为平均日增重(ADG)升高、料重比(F/G)降低,其中 MCP 组效果最优,ADG 较 CON 组提高 10.2%(P<0.05);2)相较于 CON 组,MCP 组和 HCP 组血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)水平均显著上调(P<0.05),尿素氮(SUN)水平显著下调(P<0.05),各茯苓多糖添加组血清必需氨基酸(苏氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸)含量均有提高,其中 MCP 组多数氨基酸指标与 CON 组差异显著(P<0.05);3)与 CON 组相比,MCP组和 HCP 组十二指肠、空肠绒毛高度(VH)、绒隐比(V/C)显著提高,隐窝深度(CD)显著降低(P<0.05),空肠黏膜闭合蛋白(Occludin)和紧密连接蛋白-1(ZO-1)mRNA 相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05).综上所述,日粮添加适量茯苓多糖可提高肉鸡生长性能,促进氨基酸代谢与蛋白质沉积,改善肠道形态及增强肠道屏障功能,在本试验条件下500 mg/kg 为适宜添加量.

This study was conducted to investigate how different dietary inclusion levels of Poria cocos polysaccharide(PCP)modulate growth performance,serum amino acid profiles,and intestinal morphological and barrier functions in broiler chickens.A total of 240 healthy,1-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers,with an average initial body weight of 42.3+1.2 g were randomly allocated into 4 experimental groups,each comprising 6 replicates with 10 birds per replicate.Birds in the control group(CON)received a basal diet,whereas the LCP,MCP,and HCP groups were offered the basal diet supplemented with 250,500,and 1000 mg/kg of PCP(purity≥85%),respectively,over a 42-day feeding period.The results revealed that:1)Broilers in the MCP and HCP groups presented significantly enhanced growth performance compared with the CON group(P<0.05),as evidenced by a higher average daily gain(ADG)and a lower feed conversion ratio(F/G);notably,the MCP group achieved the optimal growth response,with ADG increasing by 10.2%relative to the CON group(P<0.05).2)Serum concentrations of total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)were significantly elevated in the MCP and HCP groups(P<0.05),accompanied by a marked reduction in serum urea nitrogen(SUN)levels(P<0.05).Furthermore,PCP supplementation generally increased the serum levels of essential amino acids(threonine,valine,isoleucine,and leucine),with the MCP group exhibiting the most pronounced differences from the CON group(P<0.05).3)Histomorphological analysis indicated that the MCP and HCP groups had significantly greater villus height(VH)and villus height to crypt depth ratio(V/C),along with reduced crypt depth(CD)in the duodenum and jejunum(P<0.05).Correspondingly,the relative mRNA expression levels of Occludin and Zonula Occludens-1(ZO-1)in the jejunal mucosa were also significantly upregulated in these two groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,adequate dietary PCP supplementation effectively promotes growth performance,facilitates amino acid metabolism and protein deposition,and ameliorates intestinal morphology and barrier function in broilers.Under the conditions of this experiment,the recommended supplementation level of PCP is 500 mg/kg.
