日粮添加大蒜素对小尾寒羊生长性能、免疫功能及肉品质的影响OA
Effects of dietary addition of allicin on growth performance,immune function and meat quality of small-tailed Han sheep
文章旨在探究日粮添加大蒜素对小尾寒羊生长性能、免疫功能及肉品质的影响.试验将 240 只 130 日龄(36.97±1.78)kg 小尾寒羊随机分为 4 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 10 只羊.对照组饲喂基础日粮,D1 组、D2 组、D3组分别添加 200、300 和 400 mg/kg 的大蒜素,试验为期 58 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,D2 组末重、日增重水平均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05).与 D3 组相比,D2 组末重、日增重水平均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05).D2组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G以及免疫球蛋白M均显著高于对照组、D3组(P<0.05).D2 组的系水力显著高于对照组、D3 组(P<0.05).D2 组的失水率、剪切力均显著低于对照组、D3 组(P<0.05).D2组、D1组各指标相比均无显著差异(P>0.05).对照组、D1组、D3组各指标相比均无显著差异(P>0.05).综上所述,大蒜素能够提高小尾寒羊的生长性能和免疫功能,改善肉品质,大蒜素推荐添加量为 300 mg/kg.
To analyze the effects of adding allicin to the diet on the growth performance,immune function and meat quality of small-tailed Han sheep.A total of 240 healthy 130-day-old small-tailed Han sheep with an average body weight of(36.97±1.78)kg were selected for the experiment.They were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 10 sheep in each replicate.Among them,the control group was fed with the basal diet,while the D1 group,D2 group,and D3 group were respectively supplemented with 200 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,and 400 mg/kg of allicin.The trial lasted for 58 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,FBW and ADG in the D2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and F/G significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the D3 group,FBW and ADG in the D2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and F/G significantly decreased(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M levels in the D2 group were significantly higher than those in the control group and D3 group(P<0.05).The water retention rate in the D2 group was significantly higher than that in the control group and D3 group(P<0.05).The dehydration rate and shear force in the D2 group were significantly lower than those in the control group and D3 group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in all indicators between the D2 group and the D1 group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in all indicators between the control group,the D1 group,and the D3 group(P>0.05).In conclusion,allicin can enhance the growth performance,immune function,and meat quality of small-tailed Han sheep.The recommended dosage of allicin in the basic diet was 300 mg/kg.
