文章旨在研究益生菌对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、免疫功能及肠道健康的影响.试验将 500 只健康无病的 1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为 5 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 20 只.对照组饲喂基础日粮(根据营养需要分别配制 1~21日龄、22~42 日龄两个阶段日粮),4 个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加 500、1000g、1500、2000 mg/kg 益生菌.试验为期 42 d.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,1500 和 2000 mg/kg 试验组 22~42 日龄平均日增重、1~42 日龄平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),且 22~42 日龄料重比显著降低(P<0.05).1500 和 2000 mg/kg 试验组生长性能各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)与对照组相比,1000、1500 和 2000 mg/kg 试验组血清免疫球蛋白 G(IgG)含量、法氏囊指数显著提高(P<0.05).4 个试验组脾脏指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).(3)4 个试验组十二指肠绒毛高度及绒隐比显著高于对照组(P<0.05).对照组、500 mg/kg 试验组回肠隐窝深度显著高于 2000 mg/kg 试验组(P<0.05),且绒隐比显著低于 2000 mg/kg 试验组(P<0.05).综上所述,樱桃谷肉鸭日粮中添加益生菌能提高生长性能和免疫功能,并改善肠道健康.在本试验条件下,益生菌的推荐添加量为 1500~2000 mg/kg.

To investigate the effects of dietary probiotic supplementation on growth performance,immune function,and intestinal health of Cherry Valley meat ducks.A total of 500 healthy 1-day-old Cherry Valley meat ducks were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups,with 5 replicates,20 Cherry Valley meat ducks per replicate.The control group was fed basal diet(formulated for two stages:1~21 days and 22~42 days according to nutritional requirements),while the 4 experimental groups were fed basal diet+500 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg,1500 mg/kg,and 2000 mg/kg of probiotics.The experimental period lasted for 42 days.Results:(1)Compared with control group,1500 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg experimental groups exhibited significantly increased ADG during 22~42 days and 1~42 days(P<0.05),and significantly decreased FCR during 22~42 days(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in growth performance indicators between 1500 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg experimental groups(P>0.05).(2)Compared with control group,1000 mg/kg,1500 mg/kg,and 2000 mg/kg experimental groups showed significantly increased serum IgG content and bursa of Fabricius index(P<0.05).The spleen index of 4 experimental groups was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).(3)Duodenal villus height and villus height-to-crypt depth ratio of 4 experimental groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Ileal crypt depth of control group and 500 mg/kg experimental group was significantly higher than 2000 mg/kg experimental group(P<0.05),while the villus height-to-crypt depth ratio was significantly lower than 2000 mg/kg experimental group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary probiotic supplementation can enhance growth performance,immune function,and improve intestinal health in Cherry Valley meat ducks.Under the conditions of this experiment,the recommended supplemental level of probiotics is 1500 mg/kg to 2000 mg/kg.
