从村落共同体到联村共同体:联村党建实现跨村整合的内在机理OACHSSCD

Under the premise of not changing the administrative division and upholding the principal status of villagers'self-governance,the joint construction of village-level Party organizations is carried out to achieve the clustered development of traditional villages,in order to alleviate the development dilemma of village hollowing.Its core task is to integrate the atomized traditional villages into a joint village de-velopment community featuring collaborative governance,benefit sharing and risk sharing,relying on the development of collective economic industries.In this regard,the inter-village Party organizations first need to optimize their leadership mechanisms,balance the tension be-tween efficiency and democracy,and provide a foundation of trust for inter-village cooperation.Secondly,improve the interest linkage mechanism,coordinate the production and distribution of interests in a comprehensive manner,and ensure the sustainable development ca-pacity of the inter-village community.Finally,by reshaping the value identity mechanism,the organic combination of organizational mission and individual value can be achieved,thereby providing endogenous impetus for inter-village development.
