为探究酵母硒及硒水平对美洲鳗鲡(Anguilla rostrata)生长性能、体成分、组织硒含量以及抗氧化能力的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0 mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg、0.4 mg/kg、0.6 mg/kg酵母硒,分别饲喂体重为(81.60±6.33)g的美洲鳗鲡幼鳗,养殖周期 70 d.结果表明,不同硒添加水平组的终末体重、特定生长率和增重率均升高.0.4 mg/L组的脏体比和肝体比均显著低于 0 mg/L组(P<0.05).饲料中添加酵母硒对于终末体长、成活率以及肠重比无显著影响.不同硒水平对幼鳗水分、粗蛋白无显著影响;对总糖、灰分以及全鱼硒含量均具有提升作用.酵母硒水平对于幼鳗组织中硒元素的生物积累具有显著影响(P<0.05),且酵母硒在幼鳗组织中的沉积能力为肝脏>肠道>肌肉.不同添加水平酵母硒对肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性均有促进作用;对血清中碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性均有抑制影响.幼鳗各组织间的硒含量均呈现正相关关系,硒在各组织中的积累呈协同作用.综上,在促进幼鳗的生长发育、改善肌肉品质以及提高抗氧化性能方面,3种添加水平的酵母硒均产生了积极的影响.基于特定生长率的二次回归模型拟合,获得幼鳗饲料中酵母硒最适添加量为 0.48 mg/kg.综合考虑酵母硒对幼鳗生长性能、体成分、抗氧化能力以及养殖生产成本的影响,推荐美洲鳗鲡幼鳗饲料中酵母硒的添加量为0.4 mg/kg.

Selenium is an indispensable nutrient for animal growth;it participates in various physiological functions,such as antioxidant and immune responses and metabolism.Sufficient Se levels are crucial for enhancing immunity and regulating immune responses.Supplementation with appropriate doses of Se plays a critical role in improving fish product quality and promotes Se enrichment in fish tissues,thereby creating functional Se-enriched fish.To explore the effects of dietary yeast Se and Se levels on growth performance,body composition,tissue Se content,and antioxidant indexes of American eel(Anguilla rostrata),0;0.2;0.4;and 0.6 mg/kg of yeast Se were added to the basic diet.Juvenile A.rostrata with an initial body weight of 81.60±6.33 g were fed these diets for a 70-day culture period.The growth index and body composition of juvenile A.rostrata were assessed.Se content was measured in the liver,muscle,intestine,and whole fish,alongside antioxidant enzyme activities in the liver and serum.Correlation analyses were conducted to examine the relationships between Se levels in different tissues and their association with antioxidant indices.The results showed that final body weight,specific growth rate,and weight gain rate were all increased in the experimental groups with different levels of Se supplementation.Viscerosomatic and hepatosomatic indices of the Se-0.4 group were significantly lower than those of the Se-0 group(P<0.05).The addition of yeast Se in the diet had no significant effect on final body length,survival rate,and intestinal ratio of weight.Different Se levels had no significant effect on the moisture or crude protein content of A.rostrata;however,they increased total sugar and ash content.Dietary yeast Se concentration had a significant effect on the biological accumulation of Se concentration in the tissues of juvenile A.rostrata;the deposition ability of yeast Se in A.rostrata tissues was in the order of:liver>intestine>muscle.Different doses of yeast Se had a certain promoting effect on glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,and catalase activities in the liver,whereas it had a certain inhibitory effect on alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase,and alanine aminotransferase activities in serum.Se content in A.rostrata tissues was positively correlated;Se accumulation in each tissue exhibited a synergistic effect.In summary,the three doses of yeast Se improved the growth and development of A.rostrata,enhancing muscle quality and antioxidant performance.Based on the quadratic regression model fitting of SGR,the optimum addition amount of yeast Se in A.rostrata feed was 0.48 mg/kg.Considering the effects on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and actual production cost,the recommended amount of yeast Se in A.rostrata feed was 0.4 mg/kg.
