奶山羊同期发情与人工授精技术的应用效果及影响因素分析OA
Analysis of the Application Effects and Influencing Factors of Estrus Synchronization and Artificial Insemination Technology in Dairy Goats
[目的]探究同期发情与人工授精技术对奶山羊受胎率的影响,为提升奶山羊良种繁育效率和产业标准化发展提供技术支撑.[方法]以陕西省陇县37 个奶山羊场的3 805 只繁殖母羊为研究对象,对比两种配种方式:①自然发情+人工输精;②同期发情(醋酸氟孕酮阴道海绵联合PMSG、PG激素处理)+人工输精.通过B超孕检统计受胎率,分析养殖方式、输精部位、配种时间等因素对结果的影响.[结果]同期发情+人工授精组的平均受胎率达71.56%,显著高于自然发情组(68.56%).半放牧半舍饲(73.10%)、子宫颈口输精(74.39%)及8月配种(75.49%)的组合模式效果最优.[结论]同期发情技术可显著提高奶山羊受胎率,其效果受养殖模式、操作规范及季节因素综合影响,需结合奶山羊场个性化方案推广以促进产业高质量发展.
[Objective]To investigate the effects of estrus synchronization and artificial insemination(AI)technology on the conception rate of dairy goats,providing technical support for improving breeding efficiency and standardized development of the industry.[Method]A total of 3 805 breeding does from 37 dairy goat farms in Longxian County,Shaanxi Province,were studied.Two breeding methods were compared:①natural estrus+AI;and②estrus synchronization(using intravaginal sponges impregnated with fluorogestone acetate combined with PMSG and PG hormone treatments)+AI.The conception rate was determined via ultrasound pregnancy testing,and the effects of farming methods,insemination sites,breeding timing,and other factors were analyzed.[Result]The average conception rate in the estrus synchronization+AI group was 71.56%,significantly higher than that in the natural estrus group(68.56%).The optimal combination was semi-grazing and semi-penned farming(73.10%),cervical insemination(74.39%),and breeding in August(75.49%).[Conclusion]Estrus synchronization technology can significantly improve the conception rate of dairy goats,with its effectiveness influenced by farming models,operational protocols,and seasonal factors.Tailored implementation plans are recommended to promote high-quality industry development.
