The global climate crisis has accelerated the green economic transformation,and talents have become the core element promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading.Focusing on the core theme of"talent cultivation",this study systematically analyzes the demand characteristics of green economy talents,summarizes typical international cultivation models such as Germany,the United States and Nordic countries,and combs the structural challenges faced by China in green economy talent cultivation,such as lagging education system,insufficient enterprise participation and shortcomings in international collaboration,combined with local practices such as Shenzhen and Kunshan.On this basis,a green economy talent cultivation path with the main line of"education innovation-integration of industry and education-international collaboration"is constructed,and specific suggestions are put forward,such as setting up interdisciplinary disciplines,building integrated virtual-real training platforms,strengthening enterprise-led industry-university-research cooperation,and promoting the construction of international skill certification and training networks,so as to provide a systematic theoretical framework and practical reference for the cultivation of green economy talents in China and even the world.
