农业信息化建设与乡村振兴战略的深度融合路径研究OA

The deep integration of agricultural informatization and the rural revitalization strategy is a crucial pathway to modernizing China's agriculture and rural areas.This paper,from the perspective of strategic coordination and factor aggregation,systematically analyzed the coupling relationships between the two strategies at the levels of objectives,technology,and implementation,revealing the critical enabling role of digital technologies in agricultural production,governance,and industry integration.The study indicates that the current development of agricultural informatization has formed a novel infrastructure system encompassing 5G networks,IoT devices,and big data platforms,which has significantly enhanced agricultural production efficiency and circulation effectiveness.However,issues such as data silos,inadequate technological adaptation,and talent shortages continue to impede the process of deep integration.In response,this paper proposed a four-dimensional driving path:strengthening the interconnection of information infrastructure,establishing cross-domain data sharing mechanisms,promoting precision agriculture technologies,and improving the cultivation system for digital agricultural practitioners.On the policy front,it is necessary to construct a"central-local"policy coordination mechanism,refine funding allocation and dynamic evaluation systems,and optimize a multi-stakeholder collaboration model that is driven by both government guidance and market forces.Through the dual impetus of technological and institutional innovation,agricultural informatization can effectively overcome barriers to the flow of urban-rural factors,thereby providing sustainable impetus for rural revitalization.
