Focusing on comprehensive rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural nation,fostering regional industrial advantages and developing agricultural new quality productive forces are the key to achieving to the high-quality development of agriculture in the new era.The practice indicates that contemporary agricultural productivity is undergoing a staged evolutionary trend of"technological innovation-resource integration-system restructuring",and the technological breakthrough of the four major fields of biotechnology,digital agriculture,intelligent machinery,and green agriculture is particularly significant,which has laid a solid foundation for the industrial and ecological development of modern agriculture.This paper adopted a method combining theoretical analysis and case study to systematically elaborate the scientific connotation,development history and key technology system of agricultural new quality productive forces,with focused analysis on structural constraints and systemic contradictions in current agricultural technological innovation.Through comparative research,the typical experience and practice of developing agricultural new quality productive forces at home and abroad were sorted out.Based on this,a coordinated promotion mechanism integrating"technology research and development,application extension,and institutional reform"was established and deeply expounded,and policy suggestions with practical significance were put forward from the perspective of modernization construction of agriculture and rural areas,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for promoting the process of agricultural modernization and building a beautiful rural area.
