数字经济对劳动力就业结构的影响效应OA

The digital economy has become a key driver of global economic growth and has exerted a profound impact on China's employment structure.Using panel data from Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2013 to 2022,this study applied the entropy method to measure the development level of the digital economy,and an empirical analysis was conducted on the employment structure under the digital economy from both skill and industrial dimensions.The findings indicate that the digital economy significantly influences employment structure at both levels and generally contributes to the rational adjustment of China's employment structure.Additionally,this paper focused on the regional heterogeneity in how the digital economy affects the employment structure.In terms of skill structure,the digital economy has a notable positive impact on employment structure optimization in the eastern region,while its effect is relatively limited in the western region.From an industrial perspective,the influence of the digital economy is most pronounced in the eastern region,followed by the western region.To this end,we should promote the deep integration of digital technologies into traditional agriculture,manufacturing,and services;while enhancing academic qualifications,vigorously support the development of the tertiary sector;and tailor policies to local conditions,using policy tools to prioritize support for"high-skill-intensive"industries such as high-tech services and intelligent manufacturing,proactively shaping an industrial landscape conducive to optimizing the employment structure,so as to further leverage the role of the digital economy in optimizing the employment structure and continue to promote the upgrading and refinement of the industrial structure.
