乡村数字基础设施建设对农村居民收入的影响OA

With the implementation of the digital rural strategy,the construction of rural digital infrastructure has been continuously strengthened,promoting the development of rural digital economy and digital industry.In order to deeply analyze the impact of rural digital infrastructure construction on rural residents'income,this study constructed the development index of rural digital infrastructure construction level and analyzed the impact of rural digital infrastructure construction on rural residents'income based on the provincial panel data of 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macau and Taiwan)in China from 2013 to 2022,using the fixed-effect model and quantile regression model.The results show that the construction of rural digital infrastructure has a significant positive promotion effect on the income growth of rural residents.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of rural digital infrastructure construction on rural residents'income varies according to the level of economic development and income level,with the most obvious effect in the eastern region,followed by the central region and the western region;the effect of the middle-income group is most obvious,and the effect of the low-income group is weaker than that of the high-income group,and there is a Matthew effect.Therefore,it is necessary to develop new infrastructure according to local conditions to improve the effectiveness of income generation,strengthen policy synergies within the region to improve the efficiency of income generation,further develop new rural digital business models to improve the quality and level of income generation,and take diversified measures to prevent the development of digital infrastructure from deepening the income gap.
