乡村振兴重点帮扶县农民农村共同富裕实现度、区域异质性及障碍因子分析OA

The common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in key counties for rural revitalization is an important part of the common prosperity of people.Based on the basic theory of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,this paper constructed an indicator system for evaluating the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas key counties for rural revitalization,and objectively calculated and evaluated the progress of achieving the substantial goal of common prosperity in key counties for rural revitalization in Sichuan province.The results showed that:(1)from 2018 to 2022,the index of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in key counties for rural revitalization in Sichuan province showed a gradual upward trend,but there is still a gap to reach the goal of more substantial progress in common prosperity of all people by 2035;(2)the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in key counties for revitalization in Sichuan province shows significant spatial correlation,with farmers and rural areas in different regions showing a highly clustered trend of common prosperity;(3)in recent years,the main obstacles to promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas have gradually shifted from agricultural labor productivity and nonagricultural employment and other economic dimensions to public service supply capabilities such as education and medical care.Therefore,it is necessary to syst e matically address farmers'spiritual and cultural needs and equitable access to public services by improving inclusive policy mechanism and optimizing the income distribution structure,so as to gradually build a modern system and mechanism of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.
