百合种质资源表型多样性分析及评价OA
Analysis and Evaluation of Phenotypic Diversity of Lily Germplasm Resources
为探究百合种质资源表型性状的变异特征,筛选优质核心种质,以100份百合种质资源为对象,测定18个表型性状,通过相关性分析、表型聚类分析、主成分分析整合每个性状的变异系数和多样性指数,对百合表型性状进行多样性分析及综合评价.结果表明,100份百合种质资源的表型呈现出多样性和高变异性,10个数量性状变异系数在24.80%~57.50%;8个质量性状的Shannon-Wiener信息指数在4.43~4.56.株高与其他表型性状均呈正相关,株高与叶长相关性最高,相关系数达0.53;花径与外轮花瓣宽呈显著正相关,相关系数高达0.75;大多数性状与花朵数呈负相关.按数量性状聚类,可将100份百合资源聚类为4大类群,类群Ⅰ有42份,主要特征是矮株大花多蕾;类群Ⅱ有44份,高株繁花;类群Ⅲ有8份,矮株小花少蕾;类群Ⅳ有6份,高株强壮.不同表型性状指标通过主成分分析得到9个主成分,累积贡献率达87.01%,利用主成分对应的方差贡献率作为权重系数建立综合评价模型,得到100份种质资源排名情况.百合种质资源的表型多样性和变异度高.百合数量性状之间多显著相关,聚类分析筛选出4类核心种质.类群Ⅰ可作盆栽育种亲本资源,类群Ⅱ可作观赏特性改良亲本,类群Ⅲ在微小型百合育种方向有较大潜力,类群Ⅳ可用在庭院高大、高抗百合育种.同时,筛选出10份综合性状优良的重要育种材料.研究结果为百合育种亲本选配及资源开发利用提供参考和理论支持.
To investigate the variation characteristics of phenotypic traits in lily germplasm resources and screen superior core collections,taking 100 lily germplasm resources as the objects,18 phenotypic traits were determined.Comprehensive diversity analysis and integrated evaluation were performed using correlation analysis,phenotypic cluster analysis,and principal component analysis(PCA),incorporating coefficients of variation and diversity indices for each trait.The results showed that the phenotypes of 100 lily germplasm resources revealed significant diversity and high variability.The coefficients of variation for 10 quantitative traits ranged from 24.80%to 57.50%,while the Shannon-Wiener diversity indices for 8 qualitative traits varied from 4.43 to 4.56.Plant height was positively correlated with all other phenotypic traits,showing the highest correlation with leaf length,with a correlation coefficient reaching 0.53.Flower diameter was significantly positively correlated with outer petal width,with a correlation coefficient reaching 0.75.Most traits were negatively correlated with flower number.Based on quantitative traits,cluster analysis grouped the 100 lily accessions into 4 major clusters.Cluster Ⅰ had 42 accessions,characterized primarily by short plants with large flowers and numerous buds.Cluster Ⅱ had 44 accessions,characterized by tall plants with abundant flowers.Cluster Ⅲ had 8 accessions,characterized by short plants with small flowers and few buds.Cluster IV had 6 accessions,characterized by tall,robust plants.PCA extracted 9 principal components(PC)from the different phenotypic trait indicators,with a cumulative contribution rate reaching 87.01%.A comprehensive evaluation model was established using the variance contribution rates of the PC as weight coefficients,resulting in a ranking of the 100 germplasm accessions.Lily germplasm resources possessed high phenotypic diversity and variability.There were many significant correlations among most quantitative traits and identified 4 core germplasm clusters through cluster analysis.Cluster Ⅰ could serve as parental resources for potted lily breeding;cluster Ⅱ was suitable for improving ornamental characteristics;cluster Ⅲ had significant potential for micro-miniature lily breeding;and cluster Ⅳ could be utilized for breeding tall,highly resistant garden lilies.Furthermore,10 important breeding materials with excellent comprehensive traits were screened.Above results provided references and theoretical support for parental selection in lily breeding and the utilization of germplasm resources.
