79份陆地棉种质资源抗旱性鉴定与综合评价OA
Drought Resistance Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of 79 Upland Cotton Germplasm Resources
为综合评价陆地棉种质资源的抗旱性,以79份陆地棉种质资源为材料,设置正常灌溉和花铃期干旱胁迫处理,测定不同处理的株高、果枝数、单铃重、衣分等15个性状,通过描述性统计、抗旱系数、抗旱指数、抗旱综合度量值并结合主成分、灰色关联度和聚类分析进行抗旱性评价.结果表明,除始果节位、始果节高和整齐度指数外,干旱胁迫对其他12个性状均影响显著(P<0.05).从变异系数来看,单株结铃数、果枝数受干旱胁迫影响较大.从抗旱系数和抗旱指数来看,单株结铃数、短纤维指数、有效果枝数受干旱胁迫影响较大.主成分分析将15个性状转化成5个互相独立的综合指标,可涵盖68.275%的原始信息,主要由纤维长度、短纤维指数、整齐度指数、单铃重、始果节高、株高、伸长率、果枝数决定.灰色关联度分析表明,纤维长度、整齐度指数、株高和果枝数与抗旱综合度量值和加权抗旱系数关系较密切.结合主成分和灰色关联度分析,纤维长度、整齐度指数、株高和果枝数可作为棉花抗旱性评价的重要指标.聚类分析将79份棉花种质分为4类,第Ⅰ类属于高抗旱型,包括新陆早63号、新陆早62号、新陆中78号和新陆中81号4个品种;第Ⅱ类属于抗旱型,包括新陆中82号、Z1112、新陆中84号等23份种质资源;第Ⅲ类属于较敏旱型,包括新陆早82号、y7-1、华中4108等40份种质资源;第Ⅳ类属于敏旱型,包括993变、鲁棉343、新陆早46号等12份种质资源.以上研究结果不仅为筛选和培育抗旱棉花新品种提供了理论依据和种质资源,还为应对气候变化、提高棉花生产可持续性、保障产业稳定发展奠定了重要基础.
In order to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of upland cotton germplasm resources,79 upland cotton germplasm resources were used as materials.2 treatmetns were set including normal irrigation and drought stress during flowering and boll stage.The drought resistance was evaluated by descriptive statistics,drought resistance coefficient(DC),drought resistance index(DI),drought resistance comprehensive evaluation values(D)and principal component,grey correlation degree and cluster analysis.The results showed that drought stress had significant effects on 12 traits(P<0.05)except for the first fruiting node,height of the first branch and uniformity index.For the coefficient of variation,the number of bolls per plant and the number of fruit branches were greatly affected by drought stress.For the DC and DI,the number of bolls per plant,short fiber index and effective branch number were greatly affected by drought stress.Principal component analysis transformed 15 traits into 5 independent comprehensive indexes,which could cover 68.275%of the original traits,and were mainly determined by fiber length,short fiber index,uniformity index,single boll weight,height of the first branch,plant height,elongation and fruit branch number.The results of grey correlation analysis showed that fiber length,uniformity index,plant height and fruit branch number were closely related to D value and weighted drought resistance coefficient.According to the results of principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis,fiber length,uniformity index,plant height and fruit branch number could be used as important indexes for drought resistance evaluation of cotton.The clustering analysis classified 79 cotton germplasms into 4 groups.Group Ⅰ belonged to high drought-resistant type,including Xinluzao 63,Xinluzao 62,Xinluzhong 78 and Xinluzhong 81.Group Ⅱ belonged to drought resistant type,including Xinluzhong 82,Z1112,Xinluzhong 84 and other 23 cotton germplasm resources.Group Ⅲ belonged to rather drought-sensitive type,including Xinluzao 82,y7-1,Zhonghua 4108 and other 40 cotton germplasm resources.Group Ⅳ belonged to drought sensitive type,including 993,Lumian 343,Xinluzao 46 and other 12 cotton germplasm resources.Above results not only provided theoretical basis and germplasm resources for screening and breeding drought-resistant cotton varieties,but also laid important foundation for addressing climate change,enhancing the sustainability of cotton production,and ensuring the stable development of the industry.
