本研究旨在解决乳品企业巴氏杀菌机专机专用引发的设备利用率低、能耗高及产品切换繁琐等难题.通过设计一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与PID算法的多品种柔性生产系统,在硬件方面,于原有设备增配4根热回收列管(K1)与一个三通比例阀(CV565),构建增强型热回收回路;软件层面,以西门子S7-300系列PLC(配备模拟量输入模块331-7KF02-0AB0和输出模块332-5HD01-0AB0)为控制核心,利用温度传感器(TT605,TT607)实时采集数据,运用PID算法动态调节比例阀开度,实现对物料出口温度(95℃,43℃,20℃)的精准控制.该系统成功应用于炭烧酸奶(95℃)及其他巴氏奶产品生产,实际运行显示,能将出口温度稳定控制在设定值±0.5℃范围内.本研究融合自动控制理论与热回收技术,实现巴氏杀菌机柔性化、智能化改造,为传统食品加工装备数字化升级提供了技术路径与实践范例,具广泛推广价值.

This study addresses challenges in dairy industry pasteurization equipment,including low utilization rates,high energy consumption,and cumbersome product switching caused by dedicated machine configurations.A multi-variety flexible production system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and PID algorithms was designed.The hardware upgrade features four heat recovery tubes(K1)and a three-way proportional valve(CV565),forming an enhanced heat recovery circuit.The software system employs Siemens S7-300 series PLC with analog input module 331-7KF02-0AB0 and output module 332-5HD01-0AB0 as the control core.Real-time data collection through temperature sensors(TT605,TT607)enables dynamic PID algorithm adjustment of valve openings,achieving precise control over outlet temperatures(95℃,43℃,20℃).Successfully implemented in charcoal-baked yogurt(95℃)and other pasteurized dairy products,the system maintains stable outlet temperatures within±0.5℃of set values during operation.By integrating automatic control theory with heat recovery technology,this study achieves flexible and intelligent upgrades for pasteurization equipment,providing technical pathways and practical examples for digital transformation in traditional food processing machinery—a model with broad applicability.
