为明确牛蹄血管铸型标本中出现红色铸型液从动脉进入静脉的主要原因,本研究将3例红、蓝色泽分明的牛蹄动、静脉血管铸型标本剪割为若干小片,置显微镜下观察,发现牛蹄真皮层的小、微动静脉间,多处都观察到了吻合支;用76%的复方泛影葡胺进行X射线血管造影,在荧光屏上清楚地观察到:从指掌侧第三总动脉注入的造影剂,通过近指节骨下2/3指掌侧第三总动脉分杈处的动静脉短路,直接进入指掌侧静脉.综上研究表明,所使用的铸型液不能通过毛细血管网从动脉进入静脉,红色铸型液是通过牛蹄部开放的动、静脉间吻合支或短路从动脉进入静脉的.

In order to clarify the main reason for the presence of red casting fluid from the arteries into the veins in Cow's hoof blood vessels cast specimens.In this study,three specimens of red and blue coloured arterial and venous vascular casts of bovine hooves were cut into several small slices and observed under the microscope,and it was found that anastomotic branches were observed in many places between small and micro arterial and venous vessels in the dermis of the hooves;X-ray angiography with 76%compound pantethine-glucosamine was performed,and it was clearly observed on the fluoroscopic screen that the contrast agent injected from the third common artery on the lateral side of the fingers and palms passed through the short circuit of the artery and vein near the fork of the third common artery on the lateral side of the fingers and palms 2/3 below the knuckle bone,and entered the veins on the lateral side of the fingers and palms directly.In conclusion,it was shown that the casting fluid used could not enter the vein from the artery through the capillary network,and that the red casting fluid entered the vein from the artery through the open anastomotic branch between the artery and vein in the hoof of the cow or through a short circuit.
