Bioinformatics Analysis of MYLK4 Gene in Bos taurus

MYLK4基因作为肌肉生长发育重要的调控因子,在肌肉收缩、细胞增殖、分化过程中发挥着重要作用,与动物的生长发育密切相关.为进一步探究MYLK4基因在牛体内的功能结构及其特性,本文利用生物信息学数据库和相关软件,对该基因及其编码产物进行了预测分析.结果表明,家牛MYLK4基因编码区长度为1 170bp,编码389个氨基酸,其分子式为C1947H3085N533O595S20,分子质量为44 121.33Da,理论等电点5.31,半衰期为30h,不稳定性指数45.77,不存在跨膜区域,属于不稳定的亲水性蛋白,主要在细胞核与细胞质中发挥作用,编码蛋白的二级和三级结构主要由无规则卷曲和α-螺旋组成;存在1个潜在的糖基化位点、26个磷酸化位点和10个相互作用的蛋白.系统发育树分析显示,家牛与野牦牛亲缘关系最近,与小鼠的亲缘关系最远.该结果可为进一步探究MYLK4基因在牛的生长性状改良和优化育种提供理论参考.

As an important regulator of muscle growth and development,MYLK4 gene plays an important role in muscle contraction,cell proliferation and differentiation,and is closely related to the growth and development of animals.In order to further explore the functional structure and characteristics of MYLK4 gene in Bos taurus,bioinformatics databases and related software were used to predict and analyze the gene and its coding products.The results showed that the coding region of Bos taurus MYLK4 gene was 1170 bp,encoding 389 amino acids,the molecular formula was C1947H3085N533O595S20,and the molecular weight was 44121.33 Da.The theoretical isoelectric point was 5.31,the half-life was 30 h,and the instability index was 45.77.The protein lacks transmembrane domains and is an unstable hydrophilic protein localized primarily to the nucleus and cytoplasm.Secondary and tertiary structure predictions indicated dominance of random coils and α-helices.There is 1 potential glycosylation site,26 phosphorylation sites and 10 interacting proteins.In addition,phylogenetic tree analysis showed that Bos taurus were most closely related to Bos mutus,and most distantly related to Mus musculus.This result can provide a theoretical reference for further exploring the improvement of growth traits and optimal breeding of MYLK4 gene in Bos taurus.
