中国奶牛平衡育种的研究与实践OA
Strategic Choices and Practical Approaches of Dairy Cattle Balanced Breeding in China
2024年全国成乳牛平均单产达9 900kg,较2008年增幅高达94%.但当前面临生鲜乳供需结构性错配、中小养殖主体"增产不增收"等问题.作为奶业高质量发展的核心"遗传芯片",奶牛育种需突破单一高产导向,转向"平衡育种"模式.本文指出,平衡育种是立足我国舍饲为主、饲料匮乏、低碳约束的本土实际,融合国际育种体系优势形成的刚性需求,核心是培育"高产、健康、长寿、低碳"的综合优势牛群.文章提出多维度平衡育种技术体系:生产性能优化聚焦"量质效"协同,健康性状强化筑牢遗传抗性屏障,长寿性状挖掘激活长期效益,低碳适配育种探索碳中和路径.同时提出从技术创新、机制完善、产业赋能构建"政产学研用"支撑体系,推动平衡育种落地.综上所述,平衡育种可有效破解奶业结构性矛盾,提升养殖主体效益,为我国从奶业大国迈向奶业强国提供核心遗传支撑.
In 2024,the average milk yield of dairy cows in China reached 9900 kg,a striking 94%increase since 2008.Despite this growth,the industry now confronts challenges including a structural imbalance in the supply and demand of fresh milk and a situation where many small and medium-scale farmers see"increased production without a corresponding rise in income."As the core of high-quality development of dairy industry,dairy cattle breeding needs to break through the single high-yield orientation and turn to the'balanced breeding'model.The paper points out that balanced breeding is an imperative derived from China's specific conditions—primarily characterized by intensive housing systems,limited feed resources,and low-carbon constraints—while also integrating advantages from international breeding systems.Its core objective is to cultivate cattle populations with comprehensive advantages in"high yield,health,longevity,and low carbon."The article proposes a multidimensional balanced breeding technology system.This system focuses on synergizing"volume,quality,and efficiency"in production performance optimization,strengthens health traits to build robust genetic resistance barriers,leverages longevity traits to unlock long-term benefits,and explores carbon neutrality pathways through low-carbon adaptive breeding.Simultaneously,it advocates for establishing a'government-industry-university-research-application'support framework driven by technological innovation,mechanism refinement,and industrial empowerment to facilitate the implementation of balanced breeding.In summary,balanced breeding can effectively resolve structural contradictions within the dairy industry,enhance the profitability of farming operations,and provide core genetic support for China's transition from a major dairy producer to a dairy industry powerhouse.
