补充产后康对奶牛产后酮病预防效果的研究OA

Study on the Preventive Effect of Postpartum Ketosis in Dairy Cows by Supplementing Chanhoukang

为研究奶牛产后补充产后康对预防酮病的效果,选取12头年龄、胎次、体况相似的健康围产期荷斯坦牛,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组6头,均饲喂标准围产期全混合饲料.试验组产后连续2d灌服课题组开发的产后康(主要成分为丙二醇与丙酸钙)1kg/(头·d),分别于产后6d、9d清晨空腹采集尾根静脉血,检测血液生化指标、抗氧化指标及微量元素、维生素含量.结果显示,试验组血液中葡萄糖(Glu)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)及产后9d的β-羟基丁酸(BHBA)浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);产后6d超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);维生素A、维生素C、维生素E含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上得出,奶牛产后补充产后康可有效预防酮病发生.

In order to study the effect of postpartum supplementation of Chanhoukang on the prevention of ketosis in dairy cows,12 healthy perinatal Holstein cows with similar age,parity and body condition were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,all of which were fed with standard perinatal mixed feed.The experimental group was given 1 kg/head·d of Chanhoukang(mainly composed of propylene glycol and calcium propionate)developed by the research group for 2 consecutive days after delivery.The tail root venous blood was collected on an empty stomach in the morning on the 6 th and 9 th day after delivery,and the blood biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes,trace elements and vitamin contents were detected.The results showed that the concentration of glucose(Glu)in the blood of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the concentration of non-esterified fatty acid(NEFA)and β-hydroxybutyric acid at 9 days postpartum was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6 days postpartum(P<0.05).The contents of copper(Cu),manganese(Mn)and zinc(Zn)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of vitamin A,vitamin C and vitamin E were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postpartum supplementation of Chanhoukang can effectively prevent ketosis in dairy cows.
