基于PPRR理论的社区突发急性传染病防控能力评价指标构建OA

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the prevention and control of acute in-fectious diseases in the community,and to provide a tool for evaluating the prevention and control capacity of acute infectious diseases in the community.Methods Based on the PPRR theory of crisis management,the evaluation index system of community acute infectious disease prevention and control ability was constructed by combining ex-pert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process.Results The positive coefficient and authority coefficient of experts were higher,and the coordination coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation increased signifi-cantly,and the reliability and validity test results were better.Finally,an evaluation index system for the preven-tion and control of community acute infectious diseases was constructed,which included 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators.Conclusions Prevention and control of acute infectious dis-eases in the community should be the core.The index system has a strong scientific nature,and the evaluation in-dex system can be used as a tool to evaluate the ability of community prevention and control of sudden acute infec-tious diseases.
