全程健康教育对人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉功能、心理状态的影响OA
The impact of comprehensive health education on the auditory function and psychological state of children with cochlear implants
目的:探讨全程健康教育对人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉功能、心理状态的影响.方法:选取人工耳蜗植入儿童102例,参照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组51例.对照组施以常规健康教育,研究组施以全程健康教育,比较2组听觉功能、心理状态、生活质量及依从性.结果:随访6个月,研究组儿童的听觉功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组儿童的总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:全程健康教育可增强人工耳蜗植入儿童治疗依从性,改善心理状态,提升其听觉功能及生活质量.
Objective:To explore the impact of continuous health education on auditory function and psychological status in children with cochlear implants.Methods:A total of 102 children who underwent cochlear implantation were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the study group received compre-hensive health education.The auditory function,psychological status,quality of life,and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:At the 6-month follow-up,the auditory function scores of children in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the psychological status scores of children in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of children in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the overall compliance rate of children in the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive health education can enhance treatment adherence in children with cochlear implants,improve their psychological well-being,and en-hance their auditory function and quality of life.
