自然资源融合管理视域下基本关系研究OACHSSCD

Materialist dialectics holds that things are universally connected,and the entire world is an interrelated whole and an interacting system.The study on the basic relationships of natural resources should adhere to goal-oriented,demand-oriented and problem-oriented approaches.It should be based on fulfilling the core responsibilities of"two unifications"in natural resource management,promoting ecological civilization construction,and advancing integrated management of natural resources.At the same time,study should uphold the concept of a community of life for man and nature,form a hierarchical,graded and classified,systematic research framework,grasp systematic research methods,and base on theoretical innovation and case summaries to further promote the integration of resource management,asset management,and capital management.
