寒地大学校园绿色空间在夏冬两季缓解学生焦虑的效能差异及其环境驱动机制OA
Efficacy Differences of Green Spaces on Cold-Region University Campuses in Alleviating Student Anxiety Between Summer and Winter and Its Environmental Driving Mechanisms
[目的]量化寒地大学校园绿色空间在夏、冬两季缓解学生焦虑的效能差异,揭示冬季疗愈赤字环境驱动机制,突破"绿量越高越好"的单季视角局限.[方法]以大连理工大学为例,依据空间形态、植被构成与功能差异选取 7 类典型户外空间,结合全景环境特征采集与夏、冬两季现场心理试验(280 人次),运用配对样本 t 检验、单因素方差分析及分层逐步回归识别关键驱动因子.[结果]1)冬季焦虑缓解效能较夏季整体衰减 38.8%,呈现显著的"季节性疗愈赤字";空间类型韧性分异显著,开敞草坪韧性最高(-28.3%),高密度水杉行道树最低(-57.8%).2)驱动因子呈现"季节反转":夏季由绿视率(Beta=0.512)主导,伴随植物色彩与水体的协同贡献;冬季则由天空可视率(Beta=0.485)正向促进与枝干可见度(Beta=-0.395)、土壤裸露率负向抑制共同驱动.[结论]寒地校园冬季疗愈受"光照匮乏-高视觉熵"双重制约,疗愈机制由夏季"亲生物"向冬季"趋光与秩序"范式转换.建议通过 3:4:3 立体季相配置、暖色调硬质景观介入,以及精细化降熵维护,提升寒地校园景观的季节韧性.
[Objective]This study aims to quantify the efficacy differences of green spaces on cold-region university campuses in alleviating student anxiety between summer and winter,and reveal the environmental driving mechanisms underlying the winter healing deficit,thereby transcending the single-season perspective orientation that assumes"the greener the better".[Method]Taking Dalian University of Technology as a case,seven typical types of outdoor spaces are selected in line with spatial morphology,vegetation composition,and functional differences.Panoramic environmental features are collected alongside on-site psychological experiments in both seasons(280 participants).Paired-sample t-tests,one-way ANOVA,and hierarchical stepwise regression are applied to identify the key driving factors.[Result]1)Winter anxiety-relieving efficacy declines by approximately 38.8%compared with summer,exhibiting a significant"seasonal healing deficit".Resilience varied markedly among space types,and open lawn space has the highest resilience(-28.3%)while high-density Metasequoia avenue space is the lowest in resilience(-57.8%);2)Driving factors display a"seasonal reversal".In summer,the green view ratio(Beta=0.512)is the dominant factor,contributed by plant color richness and water bodies.In winter,the healing is jointly driven by the positive promotion of sky view factor(Beta=0.485),the negative inhibition of branch visibility(Beta=-0.395)and bare soil coverage.[Conclusion]Winter healing in cold-region university campuses is constrained by insufficient solar exposure and high visual entropy,presenting the shift of restorative paradigm from"biophilic"in summer to"phototropic and order-seeking"in winter.3:4:3 evergreen/ornamental/deciduous stratified phenological structure,warm-toned hardscape interventions,and refined entropy-reduction maintenance are recommended to enhance the year-round seasonal resilience of cold-region campus landscapes.
