本试验旨在探究补喂辅酶Q10(Coenzyme Q10,CoQ10)对伊犁马运动性能、血气指标及血浆生化指标的影响.选取32匹年龄为2岁、平均体重相近(393.47 kg±31.58 kg)、训练强度一致、比赛成绩接近的伊犁马,随机分为4组,每组8匹,公母各半.对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组马匹分别在基础日粮中添加0、1、1.5、2 mg/kg体重的CoQ10,进行时长为75 d的饲喂试验,其中预饲期15 d,正饲期60 d.在试验第0天、第30天(赛前1 h)和第60天(赛前1 h)采集马匹血液样本测定血气指标,在试验第30天和试验第60天进行1 800 m速度赛,并采集马匹赛前、赛后即刻和赛后1h的血液样本测定血浆生化指标.结果表明,补喂CoQ10可以缩短伊犁马1 800 m速度赛的比赛用时,第30天试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的比赛用时显著少于对照组(P<0.05),第60天试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的比赛用时极显著少于对照组(P<0.01),而试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在两个时间点均无显著差异(P>0.05).试验第0天伊犁马各项血气指标各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05).试验第30天时,试验Ⅱ组的钙离子含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);葡萄糖、血红蛋白、血液中酸碱、各离子的浓度,血细胞比容、二氧化碳分压、氧分压、二氧化碳总含量、血氧饱和度等各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05).血浆生化指标检测结果显示,在试验第30天,赛后即刻试验Ⅲ组的尿酸水平显著高于对照组、试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组的磷酸肌酸激酶和谷草转氨酶水平均显著高于对照组、试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);赛后1h试验Ⅲ组的尿酸水平显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组的白蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05).在试验第60天,赛前1h试验Ⅲ组的谷草转氨酶水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),赛后即刻试验Ⅱ组的乳酸脱氢酶水平极显著高于对照组、试验Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组的谷草转氨酶水平显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);赛后1h试验Ⅱ组的乳酸脱氢酶水平均显著高于对照组、试验Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05).综上,补喂CoQ10可显著提高伊犁马1 800 m速度赛的运动成绩,其中以添加1.5 mg/kg体重CoQ10的效果最佳.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)on the athletic performance,blood gas indicators,and plasma biochemical indicators of Yili horse.32 Yili horses,aged 2 years,with similar average weight(393.47 kg±31.58 kg),consistent training intensity,and similar competition performance,were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 horses in each group,half male and half female.The control group,test group Ⅰ,test group Ⅱ,and test group Ⅲ were respectively supplemented with 0,1,1.5,and 2 mg/kg body weight of CoQ10 in the basic diet for a 75-day supplementary feeding experiment,with a 15-day pre-feeding period and a 60-day feeding period.Blood samples were collected from the horses on the 0th day,30th day(1 hour before the race),and 60th day(1 hour before the race)of the experiment in order to measure blood gas indicators.1 800 m speed races were conducted on the 30th and 60th days of the experiment,and blood samples of horses were collected immediately before and after the race and 1 hour after the race in order to measure plasma biochemical indicators.The results showed that supplementing CoQ10 could shorten the race time of Yili horses in the 1 800 m speed race.On day 30,the competition time for test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).On day 60,the competi-tion time for test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ was extremely significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01),while no significant difference was observed among test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ at both time points(P>0.05).On the 0th day of the test,there was no significant difference in all blood gas indicators among groups of Yili horses(P>0.05).As the days of CoQ10 supplementation increased,the calcium ion(Ca2+)content in the test group Ⅱ on the 30th day was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the concentrations of glucose(Glu),hematocrit(Hct),hemoglobin(Hb),acid-base content of the blood,various ions,partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PvCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PvO2),total carbon dioxide content(TCO2),and blood oxygen satu-ration(SvO2)(P>0.05).The results of plasma biochemical indicators showed that on the 30th day of the experiment,the uric acid(UA)level in the test group Ⅲ after the race was significantly higher than that of the control group,test group I,and test group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the phosphocreatine kinase(CK)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels in test group I were significantly higher than those of the control group,test group Ⅱ,and test group Ⅲ(P<0.05);the UA level in test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group and test group I at 1 hour after the race,and the albumin(ALB)level in test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 60th day of the experiment,the AST level in test group Ⅲ at 1 hour before the competition was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)level in test group Ⅱ after the game was ex-tremely significantly higher than that of the control group,test group I,and test group Ⅲ(P<0.01),and the AST level in test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group and test group I(P<0.05).1 hour after the race,the LDH level in test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the control group,test group I,and test group Ⅲ(P<0.05).In conclusion,supplementing CoQ10 could significantly improve the athletic performance of Yili horses in the 1 800 m speed race.The optimal dosage is achieved by adding 1.5 mg/kg body weight of CoQ10.
