数字环境下标准在线检索预览平台应用现状与功能构建OACHSSCD

This paper studies the application status of standard online retrieval and preview platforms operated by international,as well as domestic and foreign standardization organizations and standard literature service institutions.Through comparative analysis of the functional characteristics of existing platforms,and based on considerations of copyright protection and legal risk prevention,it proposes recommendations for constructing standard online retrieval and preview functions for public-welfare standard literature service institutions.
