标准数字化赋能标准研制的路径研究OACHSSCD

Against the dual backdrop of the advancement of the"Digital China"strategy and the accelerated transformation of the digital industry,the traditional standards development model is confronted with numerous challenges in aspects such as technology,management,talent,and application ecology.On the basis of systematically sorting out the development status of digital standards at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the internal logic of digital standards.Furthermore,centering on key links including project initiation,drafting,solicitation of comments,technical review,release,and implementation,it proposes a digital implementation path for standards development.Specific safeguard suggestions for supporting standards digitalization are put forward from three dimensions:platform support,talent cultivation,and ecological collaboration.
