In order to promote the standardized,orderly,and efficient application of archive digitalization,and promote the high-quality development of archive digitalization,this paper sorts out the policy support and technical research for archive digitalization development,and analyzes the limitations and needs for further development of archive digitalization.This paper provides an overview of the current status of the development of standards for archive digitalization,summarizes the types and characteristics of such standards,points out the problems in the standardization of archive digitalization,and emphasizes the importance of systematic research.It adopts a comprehensive framework combining attribute structure and sequence structure to construct the standards system for archive digitalization through three dimensions.It also elaborates on the relationship between the standards system structure and the composition and content of each part,laying a standardized foundation for future archival digitalization work.
