"自愈"到"共愈":当代青年在视频实践中的治愈体验及情感价值研究OA

Currently,youth are becoming an active group in"video-mediated existence".Video is not merely a content format for their entertainment consumption,but also a life medium for emotional regulation.Young people document their daily lives through video and engage in emotional socialization,forming a therapeutic experience of screen-based existence.From the perspective of young users and centering on the media-affective question of"how youth achieve healing experiences through video practices",this study employs in-depth interviews and corpus analysis to investigate the psychological processes and emotional values of healing experiences among young video users.The findings reveal that,from the users' perspective,youth construct a sense of healing through video practices at two levels:internally,by mobilizing self-emotional resources through the interaction between perceived immersion and personal experience,achieving a dynamic balance and transformation of emotional energy,and thereby obtaining a sense of healing;externally,the enhancement of emotional capacity promotes interactive emotional practices,which in turn establish external emotional connections through video socialization,forming a community of mutual healing.This study establishes an analytical framework grounded in the user perspective for media-affective issues,reveals the emotional healing mechanisms of video as an"infrastructure",and provides a positive outlook for human life in a technological society.
